One of my main missions a Regional Director is advocating career placement and advancement through support, education, and alliances.  In order to accomplish this mission, it is important to work together and support one another.  My focus will be on areas of concern to the members, and the recognized importance of promoting our members through:

• strong advocacy for career placement and advancement

• Identifying appropriate training that enhances promotion potential for members

• Seeking alliances, collaborative efforts, and networking opportunities for the membership

• Supporting educational opportunities

• Providing opportunities and venues to identify issues of concern in career advancement

• Idenfitying and implement solutions to issues of concern

 

My commitment as your RCD is to constantly seek ways to enhance our careers, lend support to our voices, and provide support and incentives in our communities to create opportunities for our future leaders.

 

BOARD MEETINGS:
